A persuasive argument for eating breakfast


Eat your breakfast otherwise you will be like a car without fuel .



Do you think you will get through the day without breakfast?



I think we should eat breakfast because it is the first meal of the day and after a good night of sleeping you need a good breakfast .You will fall asleep in the day if you don’t eat breakfast



Eat breakfast to stay awake and keep your heart HEALTHY!

    Breakfast is my most favourite meal. Usually I have porridge, sometimes with yoghurt and fruit!!!!
    Is that a healthy breakfast. I can tell you it keeps me going. I can make it to about 1.00 o'clock before I start getting hungry again. try it and see how long before you get hungry. See if it makes a difference from what you usually eat if it's not usually porridge. Let me know what you think. Mrs McA

  3. Healthy breakfast means healthy life.BREAK-FAST means breaking the fast ,from the time of dinner till morning ,which is usually more than 8hrs,so it becomes self explainatory how important breakfast is and how good healthy breakfast is for the body .
