think we should eat breakfast because it is the first meal of the day and after
a good night of sleeping you need a good breakfast .You will fall asleep in the
day if you don’t eat breakfast

ReplyDeleteBreakfast is my most favourite meal. Usually I have porridge, sometimes with yoghurt and fruit!!!!
Is that a healthy breakfast. I can tell you it keeps me going. I can make it to about 1.00 o'clock before I start getting hungry again. try it and see how long before you get hungry. See if it makes a difference from what you usually eat if it's not usually porridge. Let me know what you think. Mrs McA
Thats true if you don't eat your breakfast you will be tired all day
ReplyDeleteHealthy breakfast means healthy life.BREAK-FAST means breaking the fast ,from the time of dinner till morning ,which is usually more than 8hrs,so it becomes self explainatory how important breakfast is and how good healthy breakfast is for the body .
